Minutes walk from the beautiful Magnolia Beach and only walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Magnolia - you can truly get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a quiet evening in paradise. The space Comfortable, newly renovated, private apartment on third floor of a historical house. Sunny bedroom, cozy living area with pull-out couch, updated kitchen and bathroom with it's own washer and dryer. The floors of this apartment are original to the house built in 1860. They are a hard wood called "pumpkin pine" which were originally harvested in 1840 and aged for 20 years before being shipped to Gloucester from the south to build the house. Guest access The apartment has several private parking spaces and it’s own private entrance with key-less access by code to allow for easy self-check in. Please note that this apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There are two flights of stairs on the outside of the house which lead to the private entrance. Other things to note Only a 10 minute drive to lively downtown Gloucester where you can immerse yourself into the local fisherman lifestyle and enjoy fresh seafood. Hammond's Castle, home of the inventor of radio control technology, is also only a few minutes away.
