Belle Plaine Bungalow

The Belle Plaine Bungalow is a private two-bedroom home located in Belle Plaine, Iowa. Directly across the street from Anderson Park, it is in a neighborhood just walking distance from the local grocery store, Main Street, and the new Mexican restaurant down the street. There is private parking for up to 3 cars. There is also street parking. The space The Bungalow is a single story house with two secure entrances. Each entrance has 3 steps. The rear main entrance with the key lock box leads to the kitchen. The second entrance leads to a small mudroom with a coat closet. There are two bedrooms. Each has a Queen-sized bed and closet. The bathroom has a sink with a large mirror, tub/shower, and toilet. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom also. The spacious living room has two sitting areas with a large TV. The TV has a Firestick that has some free channels on it. You can log in to your own Netfix, Disney, etc. accounts via the Firestick. (The TV is not connected to a digital antenna or cable, only the internet.) Keep in mind Belle Plaine is a railroad town. The house is not far away from the tracks and you can hear the trains. This isn't a problem for most of my guests, but keep it in mind when you are making a reservation. Guest access There is private parking with room for up to 3 cars. There is also street parking right in front of the property. Other things to note We like to focus on short-term reservations such as overnight stays, weekend stays, etc., but we are also friendly to traveling workers (nurses, teachers, utility workers, railroad employees, etc.) We offer a special 15% discount to those who would like to book a week at a time. 40% discount for a whole month. (Keep in mind this is a fully furnished house. This isn't a place where you would live permanently and move all your stuff into.) The house is big enough for two or three workers to share and still have personal space. (This means you can share the rent with co-workers you get along with.)
