The space This is a 1005 SF single story, single family home gives you full access to a kitchen, laundry room, large master bedroom with direct deck access, and a peaceful front porch with a swing ready for you to enjoy the evening. This house has a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom with all new appliances. Even the washer and dryer are new and ready to make your stay easy. All laundry supplies ready and waiting to be used. You also have access to a fully fenced private yard with a back deck. Patio furniture and barbecue grill are ready for a relaxing evening. In 2025 we added a beautiful stone patio in the rear of the property with a full fire pit ready for you to toast marshmallows. For long-term stays, there is weekly yard maintenance, Wi-Fi (330 Mbps), security system, and monthly handyman checks to make any necessary adjustments. Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire home, rear fenced yard, private driveway for up to 3 cars, and a lovely front porch and rear patio. Other things to note This home is in a lovely family friendly neighborhood just steps away from the Delaware River. We are within a 10 minute drive to New Hope and Lambertville, and a five minute walk to Patriots Crossing restaurant or just over the Washington Crossing Bridge into Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. Whether you enjoy hiking, local nightlife, historical locations, or just to sit river side and read a great book this location is for you. The Belle House is a five minute drive down Route 29 to Route 95/295. This home is located approximately 45 minutes from Central Philadelphia, 10 minutes from the Trenton/Mercer airport, less than 10 minutes to many local restaurants and activities. The Belle House is also located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Princeton and Princeton University, less than 15 minutes to The College of New Jersey or Rider University, 20 minutes to The Cure insurance Arena in Trenton, and centrally located for any travel up and down the 95/295 Corridor.
