Hale Mahina Resort is a oceanfront property, and beach conditions vary seasonally due to natural ocean and coastal changes. Portions of the oceanfront lawn may be temporarily restricted for guest safety due to ongoing maintenance or improvements Hale Mahina Resort enforces a strict maximum occupancy policy. Please note that all guests over the age of 2 are counted as guests. This resort offers complimentary parking and does not charge a resort fee. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
