Cape Cod Oasis barefoot steps to pond!

My primary home is our oasis on Cape Cod, barefoot steps to a freshwater swimming pond at the end of a private road. Walking distance to a pick-your-own farm and trails around cranberry bogs and a short drive to the beach. Lovely bluestone patio in the backyard with a goldfish pond. New this year I added air-conditioning via mini-splits in the main level, master bedroom, and large upstairs bedroom. The space This is my primary home for me and my three children, so things are oriented around family life. I also rent my ski house in Franconia, New Hampshire (Casa di Montagna) so please check those reviews if you have any doubts about your stay. My home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2500 square foot solar powered home. Fast internet (80 MBPS) and great cell service throughout. Master bedroom, queen bed with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double sink. Ceiling fan and mini-split air-conditioning. While there is a hot tub on the deck, I have drain it this summer due to a mechanical issue so sorry you can't use it Bedroom 2 single bed with trundle for 1 or 2 people. Desk. Bedroom 3, single bed, Desk. Bedroom 4, single bed with trundle, desk and mini-split air-conditioning. Downstairs den/TV room also has a king size pull out sofa which is very comfortable and was purchased when we had in-laws staying for months at a time and wanted them to sleep well. The downstairs full bathroom is set up for that room. Living room with sofas and open space connecting to dining area with mini-split air-conditioning. I personally made the live edge coffee table and bed and night stand. Kitchen is very well appointed and great if you love to cook. Dacor gas range with electric oven. Kitchenaid mixer, cuisinart chopper. High end pots and pans and knives. My favorite room is the back patio in the summer. Mature plantings surround a koi pond with a few big bullfrogs. Enjoy meals outside! Please keep your group from throwing anything in the pond, not even rocks. Outdoor shower hits the spot after a dip in the pond, day at the beach, or morning run. Please note that I will store some of my belongings in the basement, the locked shed, and a locked closet. I will also be leaving some belongings in the garage. Note that there is some evidence of day-to-day living in the pictures, but once booked I will declutter the house and make it ready for you. A professional will clean the house and make the beds.
