A calming retreat, conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from the Greensboro Coliseum, Greensboro Aquatic Center, UNCG, "The Corner" at Sunset Hills, and lively Spring Garden Street. A slightly longer stroll or a short drive will get you to Greensboro College and Downtown Greensboro, where you will find many of the town's favorite local bars and restaurants. This is the perfect place to experience what Greensboro has to offer, from great schools to awesome events and nightlife. One queen bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed in a smaller bedroom/office space. Couch pulls out but we do not provide linens for the pullout couch. I live in town, close by. Everything you need will be waiting for you, but I am just a phone call or text away to answer any questions or help with any issue at all. I stay just down the road from the property, should you need assistance. The property is a 10 minute walk from the corner of the coliseum parking lot. Save money on event parking and stay overnight safe and sound, avoiding post event traffic (and checkpoints)! There are local and chain grocery stores and shops down the street, should you need to stock up and stay in. However, many of Greensboro's favorite bars and restaurants are also within walking distance, including a local brewery and Jake's Billiards, a 69 tap restaurant and pool hall. A short drive or cheap Uber ride will get you to any of Greensboro's 6 college campuses or our artsy and eclectic downtown, where you can enjoy more great breweries, restaurants, live theater, museums, art galleries, night clubs, and beautiful parks. Lyft and Uber are always available around this area of Greensboro. There are also many stops for Greensboro's transit system close by. The local Amtrak Station is located downtown, just a 10 minute drive from the property. We do not provide linens for the pullout couch.
