King sized bedroom with private bath

The space Haverhill is a "bedroom community" in the suburbs of Boston. Walking distance to bus, train, supermarket and close to highways 495, 93 and 95. 45 minutes North of Boston. The KING room beckons you in with a red carpet. This spacious 234 square feet corner room has hardwood floors, is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, quality linen, big closet with plenty of hangers. There is a huge flat-screen TV mounted on the wall… we get Netflix… This room offers an en suite bathroom with shower. Access to 2nd floor shared full bathroom w/ bath tub, kitchen facility (microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, tea kettle, stove, utensils, WiFi, Cable, Netflix, off-street parking, weekly washer/dryer usage, bike rental). Depending on our schedules, we like to interact with guests. We can share rides when possible and I will help however I can. ... it's nice to share an occasional meal & a glass of wine!  A middle-class neighborhood that is mostly quiet. On local bus route, close to train, a modern super market with many stores, and town center with more options. Haverhill - a Boston commuter town - is convenient for travelers, business people, marathon attendees, and out of town guests. MBTA Haverhill line to North Station. Very close to major highways - 495, 93 and 95. Check-In / Check-Out Times are agreed upon. Guest access Most of my home is available to you... Three bathrooms, kitchen facility (microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, tea kettle, stove, utensils). There is WiFi and Netflix, Off-street parking, washer/dryer, and if you need to use a bicycle, we'll talk. In season you may use the hammock in the yard or the one on the porch, sit on the deck or on the porch. During your stay I am your instant friend from a far away land... ;-) I will stay in my space while you are in yours and I will happily engage in a conversation if you so desire. ... it's nice to share a glass of wine!
