Rate includes both suites w/Private separate entrance to suites (see description), 2 full baths, 2 kitchenettes (no full-sized stove/oven), fireplace, Sunroom, Laundry Rm, 2 flat screen Roku smart TVs. The patio, yard, park entry are exclusively for the ABB guest. On famous Buccleuch Park- 80 acres of fields, tennis, baseball. soccer, par course, picnic and other amenities. Next to Del. Rar. Canal state park-kayaks on site. The space This is a mother daughter style house. The host occupies the one part of mother/daughter and the rental unit is the other part. The rental has a separate private entrance. Your reservation includes two separate suites. Each Suite (Suite 1 and Suite 2) has a full bath (total of two full baths). Each Suite also has its own kitchenette, separate dining areas. Note: The units have a toaster oven, but do not have a full-sized stove/oven. Each Suite has a queen size bed (the queen bed in Suite 2 is a pull-out sofa), flat screen TV- HBO, Netflix, Prime, Roku etc. Suite 2 has a wood burning fireplace. (NOTE: Access to Suite One is through Suite Two) There is a private sunroom, laundry room with laundry supplies. Exclusive use of the yard, patio, BBQ, and a private entrance to the park. As the only ABB guests, you will be the only people using any of the yard or park access. Guest access There is parking in the driveway. Guests have private separate entrance to suites. Guests also have private separate access and use of all of the following:: the back yard, the paved patio, the BBQ grill, the outside tables and Fire pit table, the fully fenced in backyard leads to private entrance to suites. Walk through the park to all the attractions of New Brunswick or you can drive. Other things to note Each suite has a smart Roku Flat Screen TV with numerous stations including HBO, Netflix, Amazon. Apple, and more. For those that are more adventurous we will provide kayaks to go on the Delaware Raritan canal which is Adjacent to the park. Four kayaks are available. We also have four bicycles.
