Make memories at this unique, family-friendly beach getaway! Located across from one of New Jersey’s most beautiful beaches, and boardwalk enjoy relaxing beach days, the boardwalk, seafood restaurants, and nearby games and attractions. The heated pool is open all summer for guests to enjoy. Must be 25 or older to book. No exceptions. Please note: Per HOA rules, pets are not permitted in rental units. The space The condo is located directly across from the beach at the very beginning of the boardwalk. The building features an amazing heated seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The condo is on the third floor, step outside and enjoy views of both the pool and the ocean! The bathroom was fully remodeled in 2025. One parking space is included with the rental. Please note the lot is small, and the space will not accommodate large SUVs, Suburbans, or pickup trucks. Everything is within walking distance, so you’ll most likely park once and enjoy your stay without needing to move your vehicle. 4 beach badges are included with the condo. Please note: the owner has a severe dog allergy SUMMER RENTALS ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS. This rule is enforced by both the city and the HOA. Violations may result in fines and immediate removal from the property. Guest access Seasonal pool, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 1 space in the parking lot.
