Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, lrg bathroom w/ tub + organic toiletries, ondemand water heater w/ heated floors in bath and mini splits throughout. NOTE: there is a separate downstairs APT. Shard laundry, fenced backyard, patio w/ seating and grill. The space Our home is centrally located in the fort and Franklin district. It is a fully renovated and restored 1935 home. We are green builders and take great care to ensure our home is as efficient as it gets, energy star appliances throughout, in floor heating, mini splits, on demand water heater, low flow water features, metal roof, metal siding, as well as all green building materials and organic products through out, from the stains and insulation we use to the bath products and creamers in the fridge, you can sleep easy knowing these products are not only safe to consume, but locally sourced and good for you and the environment. Additionally we pay a carbon tax to ensure our energy is 100% from wind through the blue sky’s program. We have a large spacious yard, garden, patio and ample parking for you, your family and all your toys. We hope you will enjoy our quaint mountain town as much as we do. Guest access We are centrally located so you can hop on the bike trail and bike anywhere in town from here in about 10 minutes. If you prefer to walk it is about 30 minutes to downtown or you can take a Lyft for around $12. Ample parking for you, your guests and all your toys!
