This unique cabin is 4 miles to Glacier National Park. You'll enjoy the 27 acre secluded wooded setting, yet you are close to the Park, other outdoor activities, and restaurants. The cabin has 5 spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living room, and washer and dryer. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor. The other 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ARE 3 SHOWER STALLS, 3 TOILET STALLS, AND 3 SINKS IN THE LARGE BATHROOM ON THE 1st FLOOR. The space Hosts live on site. We are available to answer questions and help in any way to make your stay enjoyable. ALTHOUGH THE CABIN SLEEPS MORE, WE ARE ONLY HOSTING 6 GUESTS. This gives families and people traveling together more options for sleeping arrangements. Also, the kitchen and living room areas are best suited for groups up to 6 people. Because we live on site, as a courtesy, we pop in quick while you're out for the day and check your trash and take it out as needed. Each bedroom has a shelf/hanging rod and hangers and 2 luggage racks. The cabin is very basic. The kitchen and bathroom have cement floors. But it is clean and comfortable. We think that families and groups traveling together can work out the dorm style bathroom among themselves and it is beneficial to have 3 sinks, 3 shower stalls, and 3 toilet stalls in the large main floor bathroom. No cleaning fee. Guest access There is a large parking lot. There is one 5 inch step onto the front porch area to enter the cabin. There is a flight of stairs to the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Please note that due to our somewhat remote location, cell service and WIFI are not always consistent. To get to the cabin, you must drive up our slightly ascending gravel/dirt road that is approximately 1/3 mile long. There is no air conditioning in the cabin. Each bedroom has a box fan and a large window, which allows for good cross ventilation. We provide 2 bear sprays and a cooler you can borrow. We provide free firewood for campfires. We do not offer electric vehicle charging. Also, smoking is prohibited on the property. No unruly behavior. We are a family friendly establishment.
