Relax in a newly refreshed private guest suite in historic Mount Holly, just a short walk from downtown restaurants, pubs, museums and shops. Enjoy new wood-look porcelain flooring, fresh paint and trim, a comfortable living room with 65" TV, dining area, full kitchen, private bedroom, separate shower and half-bath, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Pet friendly, with a quaint front patio and semi-private laundry area. The space Comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the private bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious 750 sq. ft. suite occupies the lower level of our 1950s hillside home and has two private guest entrances. The suite is separate from the owners' living space and includes its own living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom, separate shower and half-bath, plus access to a semi-private laundry room. Wooded walking trails with historic landmarks are directly behind the house—great for guests traveling with dogs. Complimentary 240V EV charging is available in the driveway. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire suite through two separate entrances. The suite is separate from the hosts' living space. Guests also have access to the laundry/utility room and front patio. The laundry area is semi-private; hosts may occasionally pass through it to access the garage. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house, with a sidewalk and stairs leading to the main guest entrance. The driveway may be used for loading/unloading and EV charging, but not for overnight parking due to its narrow width. Other things to note Pets are welcome! We simply ask that guests remain responsible for their pets throughout their stay. Dogs should not be left unattended in the suite for more than 6 hours. For longer periods away, several local boarding and pet-care options are available.
