Full in-law suite w/ amenities in a historic town

A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Pet friendly with ample street parking, fully functional kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, private bathroom (separate toilet and shower). Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather. The space Comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the master BR and a queen size bed sofa sleeper in the living room. The suite is 750 square feet of living space on the first floor of an early 1950's home that is built into the side of Mount Holly. With two private guest entrances, the suite is completely isolated from the host's living space on the upper floors and has its own dining room, kitchen, bath, livingroom, bedroom, and even a guest laundry room. Walking trails through a wooded park with historic landmarks are behind the house, ideal for pet owners wanting to walk their dogs. We now offer complimentary EV charging with a 240 volt EV charging outlet in the driveway. Guest access The entire suite is self-contained and separate from the main house with 2 private entrances and has access to a semi-private laundry room. We (the hosts) may pass thru the laundry room occasionally to access the garage, but we have our own private laundry room upstairs. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front yard patio area as weather permits. Guest parking is on the street directly in front of the house. A sidewalk and stairs lead right to the main guest entrance. Guests are welcome to use the driveway for loading and unloading but not long-term parking due to the narrow driveway. Other things to note While we love pets and welcome them, we do expect guests to maintain care and custody of them during their stay. Dogs should not be left unattended for more than 6 hours. There are local kennels for guests who need to make boarding arrangements for their dogs if they are unable to attend to them for longer periods of time.
