The space This amazingly bright, clean home is on five acres with expansive views all around. It's about a 5 minute drive from Bozeman, and a 5 minute drive to Belgrade. Only a few neighbors access the private road (no gate) with our place found at the very end of the road. Wildlife abounds on the acreage, and from either deck you'll find the well-kept yard provides a comfortable and cozy respite after your adventures. A large 15.4 KWH grid-tied solar energy system on top of the shop (shop not for guest use) generates more power than the property uses, making your stay a net contribution to the community energy balance! There is 2400 s.f. of well-designed living space with a two car garage also available for your use. There is a horseshoe pit beyond the hedges, fruit trees, a new gas barbecue and a brand new propane fire table on the back deck. WiFi is provided for streaming entertainment (no cable or satellite). Bring your Netflix, Prime, Hulu log-in info, settle in and enjoy your stay! Other things to note The home is two story with a basement apartment that has a completely separate entrance. That space is rented by a quiet, considerate, professional couple who has been there and known our family for years. With the radiant floor heat, additional insulation was added between the floors that doubles as good sound attenuation for your private space. Additionally, our daughter and co-host Kelley and her husband live very nearby. They are very respectful of your privacy, yet they can be of immediate assistance should you need anything.
