Base your Bozeman stay at our private, clean, cozy, bright, and convenient 2 queen bedroom/1 bath basement suite in our 1950s home near downtown and MSU. We can host up to 4 guests. 2 desks, WiFi, 2 Smart Roku TVs, laundry, linens & toiletries. Efficient kitchen and dining area. Off street parking and separate guest entrance with keypad lock. Near restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and more! Minutes to downtown 5, MSU 5, Bridger Bowl 25, Big Sky 55, BZN airport 20. The space This basement suite has a private entry door with keypad lock. There are 2 carpeted queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and a small but well appointed kitchen (no oven) and a dining area - see photos. The bedrooms have large egress windows for good lighting and safety. The suite is in our older (1955) home so you should expect to hear squeaky floorboards and some sound from above as the hosts live and work upstairs and have a friendly dog. There is ample secure space outside of the main suite in the dining area for ski/gear storage, boot and jacket drying. We can also put bikes, skis, luggage, etc. in our garage. Just ask! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of entire basement suite. The suite bedrooms and bath are fully private with a locking door separating them from the laundry/kitchen area. Main entry door has a deadbolt. Laundry use or storage room access by host to be coordinated with guests to maximize their privacy. Other things to note Please respect our neighbors by parking in our driveway (we do not park in the garage) or on the street directly in front of our house. The driveway can fit two cars. The basement suite is in an older home, and we (the hosts) live upstairs, so you should expect to hear normal household sounds and the occasional squeaky floorboard. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum for our guests. We have one well behaved dog who loves to greet guests but we do not allow the dog in the suite. Our suite has been inspected by the fire department and Health Department. We are licensed to host by the MT /Gallatin County health departments and the city of Bozeman. Children: We welcome families but do not have child specific bedding such as a crib/pack and play. You are welcome to bring your own. Registration Details str21-00051
