Hawaiian Getaway on Waikoloa Beach Drive

Located on Waikoloa Beach Drive. This tropical paradise is our second home and it is well cared for. The layout is open, fresh and bright. This is truly a home with all of the comforts that you will need. From both lanais you can look out at the golf course. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Our two story townhome has two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We also have a private laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and full kitchen. The space High ceilings and island design provide spacious tropical comfort. Great as a home base for seeing and exploring the island and/or for relaxing island time. We have made a special effort to provide you with all of the comforts of home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, a crib and booster seat for your little one, beach supplies including beach towels, first aid kit, shampoo/conditioner/soap and designer bedding. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as it possibly can! Our 2-bedroom 2 bathroom townhome is perfect for up to 4 persons (5 if you have an infant). The Master bedroom and bath are on the upper level and includes both a shower and separate tub. The Master bedroom has a King Bed with designer bedding and flat screen TV. The second bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. This bedroom has a two twin beds with designer bedding as well. Adjacent to the main level bedroom there is a full-size bathroom with tub/shower. The large open kitchen is stocked with everything you need to dine in and enjoy the private lanai area surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees. A large flatscreen TV with a DVD player is in the main living area. Each bedroom also has smaller smart TVs. Many special pieces of wooden Hawaiian art are situated thoughtfully throughout the unit. Laundry can also be done with in-unit washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi and Free Parking in a designated space near the home. The Colony Villas offers additional amenities including 2 beautiful pools, grilling areas, fitness centers, tennis courts and beautiful landscaping. The area is quiet and gated. The complex is also adjacent to The Kings Footpath (hiking path along the lava fields). This is a piece of Hawaiian history that has been meticulously preserved for all to enjoy. Of course, the short and scenic drive into Kona or Waimea is well worth it to experience the restaurants, shops and culture. If you have any questions please feel free to ask anything.
