Condo in Helena

You are sure to love this studio which is just a stones throw from Helena’s famous walking mall. With restaurants, bars and breweries all within a short walking distance, you’ll have everything you need close by. You’ll be staying in a piece of history. The building is the oldest mansion in Helena, built in 1868 and has been divided into multiple different units. This one has its own entrance at the rear of the property. Please note that it is on the second story so there are stairs! The space You will fall in love with this bright and functional space. With a combined sleeping and living room and separate kitchen and bathroom, this studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay in downtown Helena. Please note that the kitchen does not have a full size oven but does have a Ninja oven/air fryer and a two stove electric cooktop, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a Queen sized bed along with a sleeper sofa which can be turned into a twin size bed for an additional guest if needed. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set this up. We would say this is apartment is on the small side for three adults. The sleeper sofa is best suited to a child. Be aware that there are a total of 7 units in this building but this unit has its own entrance and private courtyard. Guest access Street parking is available for free just outside of the property. Other things to note This unit would not be suitable for someone who needs accessibility as there are steps to walk up when you enter the property. I have included a photo for reference. The heat is also controlled by the downstairs unit which we have access to so you just need to let us know if it’s not comfortable and we will adjust it.
