Urbandale Ranch

Welcome to our fresh and clean house in westside of Urbandale. This residential ranch includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open-floor plan, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry with washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize, and wash linens between guest. Please let us know ahead if you need a baby crib. We will set it up. Coffee, cream, sodas included. Water dispenser is inside of the fridge. Please help yourself. The space Everyone is welcome to our house! (We marked it is not suitable for children. This means the property doesn’t have play areas or safety gates for young kids.) Even that all children are welcome. The house is located in a new development neighborhood. The bedrooms are spacious with super clean beds. It has 3 car-attached garage, we use a part of garage for lawnmower and yard equipment. Guests have spacious attached garage for two cars. We also use a small part of the basement for storage. Self check-in with keyless entry. No smoking in the house. Guest access The property is near HWY 35/80 and interstate 235, about 10 minutes from Jordan Creek Mall, Valley West Mall, and Merle Hay Mall; Des Moines downtown; 20 minutes from Advantureland, Prairie Meadows casino, Ankeny, and Saylorville lake; minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and theaters.
