Spacious Family 4/5 Bedroom Hauula Home with A/C

This is our primary home that we are only renting while on vacation. You will enjoy a fully stocked, four bedroom home with an additional TV den that can double as an additional bedroom. We are a five minute walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to amazing surf spots. Our home features a wide range of beach toys, outdoor equipment, large eat in kitchen, and full home wi-fi. Unlike most vacation rentals on this side of the island, every bedroom and main living areas have a/c. The space You will be staying in our primary home. We have removed any valuables or keepsakes and will have spaces cleared in all closets, dressers etc. with plenty of room for your personal belongings. We will not remove all personal affects from the home. Guest is welcome to use all condiments, spices and food basics available to them. Also children's toys, legos, books are for guest use as well as bathroom amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. Our main home also has two adjoining apartments rented by long-term guests. The apartments are located above the kitchen and garage spaces and offer very little (if any) noise during your stay. Guest access Guest can access our full range of beach equipment including kayaks, snorkel gear, sand toys, life jackets, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, bikes etc. They may also use our kitchen essentials such as condiments, spices and cooking basics (flour, sugar, oil). All toys and items left in common areas and bedrooms are welcomed to be used. We also have a backyard with a swing set and slide. Other things to note Please note you are staying in our primary home- it is not a full time vacation rental nor should be expected to be provided as such.
