The space Location: Lovely beach cottage sits upon the bluff with one of the best views of Cape Cod. The private beach is just down the stairs . It is large beautiful, clean, safe and quiet for only 3 cottages. 100's of feet of beach just for you. You can walk along the beach in either directions for miles, and at low tide you can walk straight out on the ocean floor. Low tide is the perfect place for young children. Brewster is a beautiful safe town with great restaurants, golf courses, and even a quaint general store. The cottage: The cottage has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed with A/C. There is also a smaller bedroom with a queen cool gel foam bed. Each bedroom has it's own heat and A/C controls. There is a full kitchen with granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Keurig, french door full sized refrigerator. There is a breakfast nook with water views and a separate dining area.The large living room looks over cape cod bay. Streaming TV. Indoor and outdoor hotwater shower. Guest access In addition to a large beach and the Brewster flats. Other things to note These are old style 'housekeeping' cottages. That means that renters bring all their own linens, sheets, & towels and leave the kitchen clean. Each room has individually controlled AC/ heat. Streaming TV only. Reliable fast WIFI
