Tucked into a glen on Seekonk Brook, private, yet close to to town and visitor attractions: 8 minutes to Great Barrington, 24 minutes to Tanglewood Center for the Performing Arts in Lenox, and near to Butternut and Catamount ski slopes. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home: 1,700 square feet, two story plus basement, including three bedrooms, two baths and a sunroom with daybed, all with beautiful views of the pond, brook, and forest. The home is newly remodeled and redecorated with all new memory foam beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, and more than enough hypo-allergenic pillows. The master suite is on the ground floor and has a liquid fuel fireplace and comfy chair for quiet time, and the double bed in the sunroom is perfect for curling up in a sunbeam with a good book. The library is packed with really good books and there are puzzles and games for every age. For the music lover we have hundreds of classical CDs and an eclectic selection of records to play on the turntable in the living room. The expansive lawn is perfect for croquet, with a croquet set by Jacques of London! The patio next to the mill and falls, and the deck off the living room, are perfect for sunset cocktails and wildlife watching. Everything in the home (except for the family antiques) is brand new including all kitchen supplies, cutlery and crockery, and in ample amounts for every situation.
