You’ll love the walk in tiled shower, beautiful hot tub, comfy bed, and views! Dogs allowed with approval. No other animals allowed. The suite sleeps a family of four with a luxury king size bed and two pull-out sofas (twin size). (Two adults and two children.) The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or use the propane grill on the large deck. A washer/dryer combo for small loads of laundry. Don't forget to soak in the hot tub. Private parking at the end of the cul-de-sac is safe and secure. Big enough for RV turn around. The guest house is just to the left of parking. In through the front porch entry door. The FALLS SUITE is up the stairs and the RIVERS SUITE is main floor. Both suites are rented out separately and have their own locked doors. The main house is located on the same property just a few steps away. We will be around for maintenance, questions, even help with the electronics. This Suite is on the ground floor of the guest house. There is another suite rented out upstairs that is separate. Guests only interact at front entry or in shared outdoor space. For long term renters we will schedule maintenance/cleaning throughout the stay. Whether your traveling for a romantic getaway or solo adventures, this is the rental for you. Pets must not be left unattended in the units for any extended period of time. Your pups will love the acre of room to play! Absolutely no smoking in the property and no open flame inside or out. Smoking on the patio area is not permitted out of consideration for other guests.
