This lovely home is tucked away in the rural community of West Cape May across from Willow Creek Winery and Beach Plum Farm. Easy bike ride to beach. Situated on over a half acre with 7 bedrooms, fenced in yard, in ground saltwater pool, & fire pit. Perfect for wedding parties, large groups and family gatherings. Sleeps 20! Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process .** A signed lease is REQUIRED for booking ** The space Property is managed by Century 21 Gilmartin & Company, Cape May. **PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE LISTING** for important details about your rental and helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, etc. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office. Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. June-August 7 night minimum SATURDAY-SATURDAY AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED - Bed linens are provided - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, cleaning supplies - oil, salt & pepper - automatic drip coffee maker - washer/dryer - off-street parking for up to five cars - gas grill - wood fire pit - indoor wood burning stove - outdoor dining & lounge chairs - outdoor shower SUPPLIES NOT PROVIDED Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee ( some guests may leave unused supplies behind as a courtesy) Bath towels, Beach towels SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 20 people. There are 7 bedrooms. First floor bedroom has a queen bed and 1/2 bath on first floor Second floor master bedroom has a king bed with a large private full bath, fireplace and smart tv Second floor has 3 additional bedrooms with queen beds and shared hallway bath Third floor has bedroom with queen bed. second bedroom has 2 single trundle beds (4 beds). There is another full bath on this floor. There are two full sized pull out sofa beds on first floor PETS There is a $200 pet fee per pet ENTERTAINMENT There is a large 55 inch television in the family room with cable television and streaming capability. High speed internet. There is also a 48 inch smart tv in master bedroom. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave! BEACH There are two public beach areas Cape May City and Cape May Point, that require tags. We DO NOT provide beach tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. OUTDOORS Please use the fire pit with care and caution. No oversized fires are permitted and fires outside the fire pit are strictly prohibited. There is a large fenced in yard for your pets. Kindly clean up after your pets. POOL The pool is open and heated from May 15-October 15. There is a pool service that comes mid-week to clean/treat the pool. There may be some leaves or debris when you arrive as we have many surrounding trees and lovely ocean breezes. Kindly, do your best to use the skimmer before you check out and out of respect of the next guests, remove any pool toys, floats etc. you may have enjoyed during your stay. The pool is heated from May 15-October 15 up to 85 degrees F. Please do not attempt to raise the temperature any higher than 85.
