Owners reside on-site in rear unit, and there is another Airbnb in the first-floor unit of the building. Tenants and owner should not affect your stay, but please contact host if you have questions and please be respectful to others on site. Backyard is a shared space between both Airbnbs. There may not be guests booked on first floor for every stay, but in events where there are, please use discretion with things like noise inside the townhouse, particularly on first floor, and please avoid slamming feet while walking around on first floor of the townhouse as it may cause noise or sensory disturbances for those staying below. Bedroom Note: this is also listed in the property details, but please be advised that the 4th bedroom is attached to one of the other bedrooms, requiring entry through a bedroom. We apologize for any inconvenience. It is a single bedroom outfitted with a full-sized bed that is connected to another bedroom with two queen beds. It is a converted nursery/office from back in the day when house was built. This may present an intimate situation for some guests if unexpected, so we suggest planning accordingly when determining rooms.
