From November to May whale watching may become your new favourite pastime when humpbacks come to calf and frolic, impressing with their breaching and fluking displays. Honu (sea turtles) basking on the sand and swimming ‘ilio holo i ka uaua (monk seal) are regularly spotted, but please do not touch these endangered wildlife friends. Most all year round you will enjoy the calm, warm waters to swim and snorkel in this wonderfully uncrowded setting protected by three coral reefs. Only a short scenic drive away is historic Haleiwa town where you can shop, dine and relax to your heart's desire. Rent a surfboard or a sailboat. Buy a hand-painted pareau. This condo is generously appointed with everything you need to prepare a meal with cocktails or mocktails; entertain new friends; lounge in our beach chairs on the sand or use our boogie boards, masks and snorkels; then sleep soundly in our cozy linens. We recommend a maximum of four guests; the living room futon sleeper accommodates two adults. The on-site coin-op laundry is on the ground floor.
