There is a upper unit and a lower unit. Complete separate entrances on opposite sides of the house. Great for just 2-4 people or a group of 10 could rent both places out! The upper unit is also on airbnb so you can take a look at it on there ! Guest access Park in driveway Other things to note There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you may use. It is an UNFINISHED basement, but freshly painted , cleaned and ready for your laundry if needed. There is also a laundry mat down the road!
