The space Relax in comfort at Kanaloa at Keauhou 1501, a beautifully updated first-floor condo in the quiet Keauhou area of Kailua-Kona. Enjoy ocean breezes, golf course views, and a cool shaded lanai that’s perfect for relaxing any time of day. Nearly the entire condo has been remodeled (except the primary bathroom), creating a bright and comfortable island retreat for up to 4 guests. The Space The living room features a large sectional sofa and TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the island. The bright kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a breakfast bar and dining area. Many guests prefer dining outside on the shaded lanai while enjoying views of the ocean and the adjacent golf course. Sleeping arrangements: • Primary bedroom – King bed + TV • Guest bedroom – King bed + TV Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Outdoor Space The north-facing lanai stays cool and shaded all day — a rare feature in Kona. From here you can enjoy views of breaking waves along the coast and watch golfers tee off on the nearby par-three hole. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
