Fully furnished and well appointed, this unit includes wi-fi and expanded cable television with on-site laundry. Photos will be updated with newer decor on Nov 8th when current tenant is out. Grocery stores, restaurants and banks are within easy walking distance. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and Bedroom #2 has a double bed. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and is equipped with most cooking utensils including blender, crockpot and dish service for 8 or more. Radiant in-floor heat is toasty in the winter, and we are happy to report we stay nice and cool in the summer! We have largely hosted medical travelers and locums and require a 3month/90 day minimum rental with separate but short rental agreement form.
