The living room, on the first floor, is a great place to congregate and chat, or have a family movie night, with an open layout, leading to the kitchen, breakfast nook and coffee bar. For a more relaxing setting, the lounge is based around the fireplace, with functioning French Doors in order to ensure quiet. The dining room is located off of the lounge, as well as through the kitchen, with a large farm style table to accommodate your whole family. This is a great house for a family, with plenty of room to move around. Set on a large, well-manicured lawn, the back yard is fenced-in for additional privacy, as well as the safety of children in the back patio area. The garage holds beach chairs, beach toys for children and two adult bicycles for those looking to take a ride.
