This project will take 16-18 months to complete. Phase 1 includes roof work and removing eyebrow structures, will begin at the most maika'i building, Building 1, and continue in sequence. Work on each building should take one month, and building 2 will begin in mid-September. Phase 1 should be complete by December 2025. Phase 2 will start in approximately mid-January 2026, and will include entry and rear lanai replacement and stairwell work.
