Fully equipped kitchen, front room, family game room with games, office space, internet and direct TV, lots of movies, exercise bike, cozy, cofy home away from home, warm, light, bright, and efficiently laid-out—perfect home base! Very sound proof. Very private. John and Jean are in upper back of home, if you need us, but otherwise You will not see us or hear us. Again you will not want to leave it's so nice. The Hot Springs are blissful around here! Good for you too! Especially Yellowstone Hot Springs. Soaking at its best. Chico is 7 min away, its ok too. Pine Creek Falls complete with waterfall is the best hike ever. . Truly Mother Nature is precious here. Roam our 20 acres we put together some trails to walk safely. Relax outside and enjoy the view. BBQ and firepit available. No smoking anywhere on property, no drugs, no heavy drinking on property. A little wine is fine....You have to have your wits about you here. Wild life, cliffs sharp drops. You can park next to your entrance. All kinds of space. Park car under deck in front of garage doors. Your entrance is to your right. We promise you will love it. This is the Rocky mountains, rocks and pine trees. Build a tall rock tower or two ( kids love that) on the road or trails around here. ! Deer and Elk are everywhere. Rabbits too. We even have wood chucks. They are cute and want food. Fox and mountain Lions do show up once in a while, coyotes too. You will hear them howl sometimes. 20 acres of property to roam. I recommend bear spray. Not that they will bother you. Just better safe then sorry. !It's a slim possibility, but you might run into a rattlesnake, if so just make noise clap your hands and they will not bother you. They are more scared of you then you think. We have bull snakes too. Bull snakes eat rattlesnakes but they won't hurt you. Just pay attention or wear your hiking shoes as you walk the property and surrounding area. The sound and vibration makes them scatter. Views are breathtaking and ever changing every step you take on the property and surrounding area. No words. expect a little piece of heaven up here. You will not want to leave! Perched up high in Absaroka Range in Paradise Valley w/360 of epic views, incl Emigrant Peak, and Paradise Valley floor Yellowstone River at your feet, pure beauty for miles either way! Sunrise Sunset exceptional! Mountain fresh air, quiet solitude. Please no smoking, drugs or heavy drinking. This is a quiet retreat property to enjoy mother nature and all that she can produce. While staying in a cozy comfy place. A glass of wine is fine. The road up is a dirt road. Any car, truck, RV, motor cycle, 4 wheeler, can make it up with no problem. Sharp drop on parts of the side of road so you do need to be aware. Should you have any trouble just call us we will be able to help. Rocky Mountains has lots of rocks! As you walk around our area, you can build rock towers to your hearts content. Lots of rocks for kids to build with. Walk, jog, run on our trails. Early morning walks are the best and well evening walks are too! Views are ever changing and truly what heaven must look like. lol. Time well spent. Winter and summer the sunrise and sunsets are unbelievable. Very Private and beautiful. Please absolutely no smoking or drugs, or heavy drinking any where on our property. A little wine is fine!!!
