We have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms- UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 1: king sized bed with a large walk in closet/office, and master bathroom with a stand up shower Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with a large closet Bedroom 3: 2 Full sized beds with a large closet 1 full bathroom with a tub in the hallway DOWNSTAIRS: Large movie theater sized living room with a brand new 82" Samsung TV (1) bedroom with a pull-out two twin beds (not pictured) and a full bathroom attached. Laundry room, pantry, large closet, and a half bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials. Pack and play, bed railing and booster chair are available. Plenty of space for parking: Garage, driveway and street (in front of our house only) Home is protected by a natural gas standby Generac GENERATOR. Guest access Access your professionally cleaned, sanitized home with our keyless locks that ensure 100% contactless check-in. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms and exterior motion sensors or cameras. While you will be the only guests during your stay, you may see our maintenance team at the property taking care of items such as landscaping and pool crew. Guests have full access to our home, driveway, and garage except dedicated owner's closets in master's bedroom for storage. Other things to note We hope to make your stay here as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. If there is anything that you may need during your stay, please feel free to reach out and ask! We live right around the corner and always ready to help! 4 backpack beach chairs, 2 regular beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys are available. Double bike, 3 adult beach cruisers, helmets, and bike locks are available for our guests. Kids friendly activities: Scooters, beach boogie boards, Infant pool float, two puddle jumpers, toddler kitchen, toddler tricycle, and more. (We have plenty of toddler entertainment, please ask.) Must be 30 years old to rent. This listing is only on VRBO and AIRBNB, all communication and everything must go through here. Please provide your ID, complete our e-sign your rental agreement, provide your guest names and their age at booking/prior arrival and their arrival date during your reservation. Our home is approved by the town to host 8 Guests MAX (including adults and kids) please NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OVER DURING YOUR STAY.
