Peaceful Cabin Near Glacier. Mountains/River Views

Spacious and serene 2-story 1900 sq ft home on an acre of land with spectacular views of the Columbia Mountain range and Flathead River. The unique log cabin was built in the 1980's. The modern upstairs addition was built in 2017. Located 15 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 minutes from West Glacier National Park, and 5 min from historic downtown Columbia Falls. The space House sits on 1 acre, vast views of the Flathead River and mountains. Wild turkeys and deer roam, Bald eagles and hawks soar overhead. Occasionally a bear will wander through, although black bears scare easily, never approach! The river is beautiful to sit and watch, especially on a full moon. The steep slope to river can be dangerous to navigate, do not attempt to walk down. There’s a trail down, right side of patio, this belongs to our neighbors, do not trespass. Guest access Full access to house and yard Other things to note There is a steep downslope to Flathead river from the edge of the patio. Do not attempt to hike down to the river from the house. There is a walking trail along railroad tracks where you can find a hiking trail down to the river. We have walked down to the river to swim and fish, it’s beautiful!
