Ideal for families, but due to stairs, we don't recommend it for older guests. IMPORTANT: Max 6 Overnight Guests NO Parties or Events NO Smoking NO Pets NO Motor Homes Note: Guests are allowed up to 6 daytime visitors, but they must leave by 10 PM. We know family and friends are often nearby! The space The below is detailed so you can feel confident in your booking. ::First Floor:: Half Bath Kitchen Dining Room Living Room Playroom and/or dedicated work area Additional Notes: There is a room off the back of the house that will remain locked. This is used by management to store supplies. ::Second Floor:: Full Bathroom: Shower/Tub Bedroom 1: Two Twin Beds Bedroom 2: Full Size Bed & Mini-Crib Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: King Bed Additional Notes: All bedrooms on the second floor share one full bathroom. ::Back yard:: Upper Deck: Table with 8 Chairs Lower Deck: Gas Grill Additional Notes: The backyard is fenced in and includes a swing set for kids w/ rubber mulch. ::Basement:: Washer & Dryer Additional Notes: Basement can be used by guests to access washer and dryer. No children are permitted in the basement due to mechanicals and exposed heating and water pipes. Guest access All guests will be provided with a unique access code prior to check-in. Other things to note We have security camera on the front of the garage and at the front door. There are no cameras or recording devices within the house. We take guest privacy extremely seriously.
