Enjoy amazing lake views from this absolutely gorgeous, modern lakeside home! Perfect destination for a mini-vacation, couples retreat or a family getaway. "La Vida Lago" is a completely furnished, single family lakeside ranch home featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, deck, patio, private lake access and dock directly across the street. The property is perched up from the road and nestled into the mountain surrounded by trees! The ideal environment to connect w/nature, yourself and loved ones. The space Light and bright open concept living room, dining and kitchen combination with cathedral ceilings and skylights. The living room has 2 love seats w/built-in recliners, a beautiful electric infrared fireplace, 65 inch wall mounted flat panel TV and French doors leading to a large deck with lake views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with cook and eat ware essentials with seating at dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, granite counters, under mount cabinet lighting and coffee/tea station. The sleeping layout consists of 2 bedrooms. A primary bedroom with queen size bed; sleeps 2. The secondary bedroom with full size bed; sleeps 2. Both bedrooms have a flat panel TVs with Roku. There are 2 flex rooms, each are tandem off the primary and secondary bedroom. The flex rooms provide ancillary space and are complete with futons. The maximum home occupancy is 4 people. The full tile bath on the main floor offers a beautiful double sink vanity, tub, shower, rain shower faucet head and glass shower doors. The basement is partially finished and is accessible only from exterior of the property via the separate entrance under the deck in front of home. It has a half bath and is a great place to enjoy some gaming or recreational activities. Other property highlights: Large 20 x 20 deck with incredible lake views of Crescent Cove. Hampton Bay patio furniture, electric BBQ grill, table w/tiki umbrella and chairs. The patio area below deck also offers beautiful lake views and seating to gather around the wood burning firepit. Our guests have private lake access from the dock directly across street. The home has central air, hot water baseboard heat, laminate and tile flooring throughout. There is on street parking in front of home on gravel area for 2-3 cars tandem. All are welcome however, please note the following: 1.) The home is perched up into the mountain. There are approximately three flights of stairs to access the main entry of home located on the deck. The stairs are steep because of the slope of the property. 2.) The property may not be suitable for children, infants or the elderly population due to the steepness and amount of the steps as well as the rocky and mountainous terrain that makeup the landscape of the property. Guest access Guests have use of the entire ranch style home compromised of the main floor living area and the partially finished basement that is accessible from outside only. The deck, patio area below deck, the dock with lake access are all accessible for guests. The rear yard runs deep and is extremely sloped and mountainous. Exercise great cautious if climbing rocks/mountain in yard. Deer can be found roaming at back. Kayaks are provided seasonally for free however prior to use, guest(s) are required to complete liability, indemnification, hold harmless waiver. Other things to note La Vida Lago is a place to unwind and be present. It provides an opportunity to enjoy modern amenities in a setting to take in the natures elements of air, earth, water, sun and fire. Extended Stay Additional Cleaning Fees: For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required every 14 days to maintain cleanliness and property condition. The additional, 14 day mid-stay cleaning fee is $145. It will applied after booking every 14 days of your extended stay. You will be notified by AirBnB's Resolution Center to make this payment(s). The initial cleaning fee applied at booking still applies.
