After your adventures sprawl out in the spacious living room with spectacular mountain views of nearby Electric Peak in Yellowstone. Includes 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a private office, rec. room, well supplied kitchen & dining room for 12 to gather, all in this 2900' ft home that will ensure your relaxing stay. The space Our cabin is Main floor living and handicap accessible. (2nd floor is a separate home) From the moment you walk in, this home will leave you no doubt you are in Montana. All bedrooms have new log beds, pillows, mattresses, and bedding. 1st bedroom- 1 king bed, smart TV and attached full bath. 2nd bedroom- 2 queen beds, smart TV. 3rd bedroom 2 bunks. Twin on top, full on bottom. A large shared 2nd full bathroom with shower and is handicap accessible. A fully equipped office with Wi-Fi, 2 large desks and side-by-side monitor and camera. Perfect for working remotely, zoom, or homework! Spacious living room with a full wall of windows, framing the gorgeous mountain view. Warm up by the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace while watching the 75" smart TV with dish network, or spend family time playing cards or board games provided. Our goal in the kitchen is to have everything you need to make you feel at home. New stainless steel appliances, coffee station with coffee pot and a Keurig one cup coffee, latte, cappuccino maker. Eat in island and all the small kitchen appliances you need. New dining room to seat up to 12 with a live edge table and a laundry room to meet all your needs. A 450 square foot rec. room just off the kitchen/dining room provides another space for family enjoyment. Complete with foosball, shuffleboard, furniture and a smart TV for gaming and streaming! On the private patio there is a gas grill for your use. Guest access Parking is literally right outside the kitchen and front entry doors. There is a blacktop driveway with plenty of parking and easy access. There are common grounds that include picnic tables, fire pits and walk down to the river to fish. Other things to note Our property is located 3 miles down a gravel road. Be mindful of the wildlife while driving. (Elk, pronghorn, buffalo, wolves, bear) Our home is located 200 yards from the park boundary. We sit 2 miles away from the Yellowstone Hot Springs, 5 miles to downtown Gardiner and the Roosevelt Arch entrance to Yellowstone Park and 40 minutes from Livingston. The property is shared with other small cabins it is on 20 acres along the Yellowstone River. Shared picnic tables and fire pits to enjoy. Excellent fly fishing on property as well local guide and rafting services available.
