The space "THE PROPERTY" PLEASE NOTE THE POOL OPENS IN MAY & IS OPEN THROUGH SEPTEMBER Located on 0.32 Acres with a private in ground heated pool and a Tiki bar for entertaining. It is a short 5 blocks / 5-7 minute walk from the beach and approximately 0.8 miles from the Cape May Mall area. It has a private driveway, bike parking in front, and a shed for beach gear for your enjoyment. It has an enclosed patio for dining entertaining over looking the pool. Entertainment and Fun morning and night. It has many wood floors throughout, central air, smart thermostat, renovated kitchen, deck with gas grilling and other house smart features for convenient living. Pool heater is available starting in September for additional fee (temperature will be set at 81 or 82). ROOMS: 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths. There are 4 bedrooms as listed: Primary: 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Sleeper/Roll Away with wheels 2nd Primary: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed Bedroom 4: 1 Double Bed, 3 twins in bunk It can sleep 10 comfortable. OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in Patio, private in-ground pool, bar chairs, lounge chairs, Weber Propane Grill, and a large yard. If you want the pool to be heated in May, June, September or October there is a $150-$175 charge (81F-82F). MAIN FLOOR: Open Layout with a dining table, living room with Smart TV (Firestick), sliding doors opening up to the Patio overlooking the pool. GENERAL: Included Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, central A/C. Outside shower. TVs, Pool is open Mid-May to Mid-September. Youtube TV, Hulu, Disney+. PARKING: Private driveway that can accommodate 3 cars and plenty of parking on Cape May Avenue. Bike Parking pad LOCATION: Primary location with a short walk to downtown (mall area), the beach and restaurants. Safe and quiet street ideal for families. WHAT TO BRING: The house does come with pillows and comforters, but the guests have to bring their own linens or my property manager can provide at cost ($160). Also, the guests must bring their own towels (bath, hand, beach, etc.) Each bed and pillow comes with a spill proof protective covering that is washed frequently. REQUIREMENTS: I require the names / identities of each guest checking in via valid ID such as driver's license. I also need the main address of each head of household guest No events allowed in or outside the house. The property is best of families with adults older than 25 and their children. If you are looking for a party house for multiple teenagers, young adults, look elsewhere as you will lose your rent/deposit. NO PETS! CONTACT ME IF YOU WANT TO BRING A PET, ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES APPLY ONLY FOR CERTAIN WEEKS SINCE SEVERAL OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLERGIC TO PETS AND SO ARE A FEW OF MY REGULAR GUESTS. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A SERVICE ANIMAL, MY PROPERTY IS EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENT THAT I HAVE TO ALLOW SERVICE ANIMALS. SO, ALL PETS HAS TO BE INDICATED PRIOR TO RENTAL SINCE THE HOUSE HAS TO BE COMPLETELY SANITIZED POST YOUR DEPARTURE. Guest access The house is centrally located where you can walk or bike to beach (5 blocks), Cape May historical district / mall area (0.8 miles), Wawa, Lobster house and other restaurants. You can also drive to many Cape May destinations such as Cape May Point State Park, Cape May Zoo, Beach Plum Farm, Cape May Winery, Historic Cold Spring Village, Willow Creek Winery, Cape May Brewery, and many more cool destinations. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The house DOES NOT come with bed linens, house or beach towels. You must bring your own sheets, pillow covers and all towels. Bring your own linens or my property manager can provide at cost of $160. Note that we provide pillows and comforters. All beds and pillows come with protective liquid prof casing which are cleaned frequently. All beds must be covered with sheets. Pool is open May to mid October. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE JUNE-AUG TIME YOU CAN ONLY CHECK IN ON SATURDAYS AND A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS IS REQUIRED.
