The living room anchors the space with a 48-inch HDTV carrying standard cable, Netflix, Roku, and Hulu - ready for a relaxed afternoon or a quiet evening in. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace behind a closed door keep remote workers and trip planners connected, while central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating ensure the home stays comfortable through the warmth of a New Orleans summer and well beyond. Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms each feature a queen bed dressed in fresh linens, with room-darkening shades to help you sleep past sunrise. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and ample clothing storage - including walk-in closets, standard closets, and dressers - so the group can properly settle in. The home sleeps up to six guests across three private rooms. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and eat well. A GE stainless steel electric stove, GE single oven, GE refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, while cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and a toaster handle the details. Your morning starts with a drip coffee maker or French press - coffee is included - and the dining table is ready when you are. Bathroom Two full bathrooms provide comfortable space for the whole group. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, and a bathtub is on hand when you want to properly unwind after a full day out.
