Guest access Entire condo is available for guest's use and enjoyment. Designated parking for one vehicle and guest parking, if needed, for second vehicle. Other things to note Host is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by construction or other activities in the area. Forces beyond our control such as storms, road closures, bridge closures, tsunami evacuation, hurricanes, or anything that may cause guest’s vacation to be extended or otherwise changed is not the responsibility of the host. Additional costs incurred for lodging, meals, transportation, or any expenditures are the responsibility of the guest. Guest needs to realize that Kauai is a tropical island and there may be insects (ants, spiders, centipedes, roaches, mosquitos), roosters and chickens island-wide and specifically in the environment surrounding the property.
