The entire private corner-unit condo is yours to enjoy. This luxury retreat has been fully remodeled with all new flooring, appliances, and amenities! A studio consists of a single room plus a bathroom. The single room of the condo functions as the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Additional luxuries we provide: bath towels and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hand and dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. We also have beach chairs and umbrella and a small soft cooler for your beach day use. The condo is located on the mountainside of the lower road, and you can walk (8 min) or drive (1 min) to the beaches of Napili and Kapalua Bays, as well as snorkel with the turtles at Honokeana Cove. You will reach our condo by driving up a local country road, enter right at the second Napili Ridge sign. There is parking on the road, but an assigned space is included with the condo. We will be available to answer any questions and give recommendations for our local favorite restaurants and spots to explore. Napili is a quaint town north of Kaanapali and Kahana, away from the huge tourist crowds and high rises, yet with all of the luxuries including restaurants, market, shops, snorkel rentals, etc. Napili Ridge is a quiet, low-density, mellow complex. The pristine Napili Bay for swimming and snorkeling is an 8-min. walk down the road, gorgeous, expansive beach, as well as Honokeana Cove for snorkeling with turtles. The views are stunning with Molokai across the channel, Kapalua Bay and golf course just on the other side of Napili Bay, and the vibe is mellow and relaxing. Once you discover Napili, you'll never stay south again! If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply. ~ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the condo or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, additional fees will apply for deep cleaning. Minimum fine $500.00 ~ QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. ~ CHECKOUT - Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you’d like to request late checkout, we will do our best to accommodate you.
