Perched on the top floor, this residence offers enhanced privacy and quietude, with private stairs leading to both the main entrance and the rear lanai. There are two primary suites with king-size beds, a third bedroom with a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin-size beds upon request, and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination.
