We love how centrally located this property is, within walking distance to pretty much anything you might need. The space We stay at the house when we find time to, so prior to opening up as a rental, we made sure that the unit has everything it needs to be fully functioning and feel like home. We have central HVAC for those hot Lousiana days, and rare cool nights. As people who enjoy cooking and baking, we made sure that the kitchen has anything you might need for your stay and then some! We have a kitchen aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, and emersion blender, so that you can make anything your heart desires! We have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, and even a self cleaning vacuum to help keep the house clean while you are able to relax! Guest access Self check in whenever you arrive. Private entrance, electronic lock, whole house security system (if requested), and nearby property manager to assist with any issues if they arise during your stay. Parking near the house is usually always available. We love to get around on foot, however, many people use bikes and scooters as well. For those who may be traveling as healthcare workers, thank you for your service to our community. Some of the nearby hospitals include: Tulane Medical Center - 2.8 miles away LSU Health Sciences Center - 3.8 miles away University Medical Center New Orleans LCMC Health - 3.8 miles away Oschner Baptist Hospital - 4.0 miles away Other things to note New Orleans, as any big City, has its fair share of crime. However, generally speaking our area does not see as much crime as other neighborhoods might. We feel extremely comfortable walking the streets at night, and going about our day without issue. Nonetheless, to ensure guest safety and comfortableness, we have installed a SimpliSafe Security system that, if guests would like to use, allows for SimpliSafe to monitor the house to call for emergency services if needed. Due to strict limits on local AirBnB's with high turnover, we are only allowed to host guests for a minimum of 30 days.
