It is 1,100 SF of modern space including 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds (both premium hotel-brand mattresses were recently purchased). Full open-concept kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a variety of coffee makers, and an island bar with seating for four. An additional dining area is provided on the outdoor deck, with a BBQ grill. A contemporary living room with a wall-mounted 55” smart TV and washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom offers a laptop-friendly Workspace area. It also features a Community Courtyard, Security systems w/ video cameras, and Keypad locks. Guest access The entire Apartment, including the roof deck, is for your exclusive use. The Courtyard in the front is a shared area. Access is by keypad. Come and go as you please. There are of course a list of rules guest will have to abide by but a good time is always welcome. Other things to note Apartment 202 is on the second floor. You can access it via a full-size staircase. Inside the apartment, there is a spiral staircase that leads to the second bedroom. Our building has a total of 3 rentals, all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Guests without reviews can only request to book this property by completing the verification process with Airbnb and an agreement with us to allow us to check their valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival to make sure it matches the website profile. If it doesn’t match, or we cannot facilitate a check of the ID, then the reservation will be cancelled. We live at the property and have our own verification system above what the online platform may state they offer. NOTE: If using the daybed in living room, the Owner must be notified so we can provide extra sheets, blankets, and pillows and guests can prepare as suited.
