Single-family beach house with 60 foot on water with dock for your 30 foot boat and two floating docks for your JetSki‘s. Ideal for two families up to 8 people overnight. First floor has 27‘ x 29‘ game room with ping-pong table, darts and 55 inch TV. Second floor features an open floor plan between fully equipped kitchen and living room. Also 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms with Queen bed, bunk beds , Two single beds, one bathroom and laundry room. The space  there are four bicycles and three kayaks for your use along with yard games and lifejackets. We also have crab traps.Guests are responsible to bring their own sheets and bath towels. We supply pillows, blankets, hand towels, kitchen towels, kitchen supplies and toiletries. Other things to note No parties or events. No groups of young adults. Primary Renter must be 25 years old.  In July and August our changeover day is Sunday.
