The space This family-oriented building features a beautifully remodeled front lobby and spacious waiting area. Adjacent is a game room, small library, snack machines, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The building is safe and well-secured with video cameras (front lobby and building hallways), an FOB card to enter the building, a keypad to enter your room, and staffed front desk during the summer. Bathroom is stocked with miniature shampoo and conditioners, and face soap and hand soap. Towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. Ice cream shop next door. Parking is available next to the hotel (daily rates are generally between $10 to $20). There is both metered street parking on 8th street as well as free street parking located about 2 blocks from the hotel. Bike rental is one block from the hotel. **You can see our other small ocean view studio by clicking on our profile picture** Guest access Gift shops, arcades, miniature golf, and great restaurants can all be found along the boardwalk. Also located on the boardwalk (and several hundred ft. in front of the hotel) are the Ocean City Water Park and the historic Ocean City Music Pier. Alternatively, the 8th street area offers great shops, coffee houses, ice cream parlors, convenience stores, amazing restaurants, and many other activities! Other things to note Please note that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our condo. We clean the condo and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels, as well as some toiletries for you during your stay.
