400 square foot apartment in 10 unit building built in a U shape with courtyard in the middle. Easy parking right off 37th Street and walk right in at street level, no stairs. Cozy apartment with living room, kitchen and queen bed. Fully furnished with TV and wifi for easy living while you work in Des Moines. Airbnb allowed a guest that we had to remove to leave a review that tanked the rating on this unit. Anything we can do to accommodate a comfortable stay certainly let me know. The space Small but cozy 1 bedroom unit in 10 unit complex. Bedroom with living room, small kitchen and bathroom. Guest access Personal car, Uber and Lyft are best for getting around Des Moines. Off street parking right out front for easy access to unit.
