Perfectly positioned in Back Bay with front-facing bay windows overlooking historic Newbury Street, this beautifully styled apartment blends charm and convenience in one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods. 🛏️ Bedroom & Layout Comfortable queen-size bed with cotton linens Barn doors open directly into the living room for flexible privacy Spacious built-in closet with drawers and hanging space for longer stays 🍳 Kitchen, Dining & Living Space Open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, wine glasses, and more—everything you need to cook at home or enjoy take-out from Boston’s best restaurants. (Pantry staples like coffee, oil, and spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) Enjoy meals or set up to work at the kitchen counter with stool seating. The living area includes a couch and chair for lounging and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities for your favorite shows and movies. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. Please note: face cloths are not provided. ❄️ Comfort AC/Heat Central air conditioning and heating with in-unit controls provided by the mini split system. 🚶‍♀️ 3rd Floor Walk-Up Located on the second floor of a classic Back Bay brownstone. Please note there is no elevator. 👶 Traveling with Kids? We offer a Pack & Play for $50 per stay. Please request it 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🧺 Laundry & Dry Cleaning Nearby Bush Boston Cleaners (219 Newbury Street) – Located just a short walk west of the apartment, offering dry cleaning, full laundry care (wash/dry/fold), VIP Express services, tailoring, next-day turnaround, and even shoe repair. For added convenience, they provide free pickup & delivery as well as an app-based scheduling system. Back Bay Laundromat (409A Marlborough Street) – A nearby self-service laundromat with modern, easy-to-use coin-operated machines. Other things to note 🚫 No Elevator – 3rd floor. 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 👶 Pack & Play – Available for $50 per stay. Must be requested 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. 🅿️ Parking – Off-site parking is available for $40-60/night (very limited availability) and is about a 5 minute walk from the property. (Rates may vary during events or holidays.) You can also find and reserve parking through the SpotHero app. 🚗 Garage parking is also available at the Prudential Center and Copley Place Mall. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
