The sweet place in the beautiful Berkshires!

Spectacular view of Pontoosuc Lake and mountains. During the warmer season, directly across the street, is Berkshire U-Drive Boat Rental. Rent a pontoon boat and sit back and relax and enjoy the view! Reserve now - bookings fill up quickly! There is ice fishing on this lake but be sure to have a Massachusetts fishing license! For snow skiing, Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort and Bousquet Mountain are approximately 12 minutes away! Tanglewood in Lenox, MA is approximately 20-25 minutes away! The space Very nice, cozy two bedroom unit. Both bedrooms have the same decor except one provides a king and the other provides a queen bed -- both beds are very comfortable. Neutral comforters are available for both bedrooms. Tell me what your preference is, and I'd be happy to switch out the comforters. For added security, upon your arrival, you will receive a keypad text code for entry into this lovely, clean Airbnb unit. Bottled water is provided (Poland Spring), coffee, tea and hot chocolate. (see all amenities) Washer and dryer is available for guests staying more than 3 nights. Please handle with care and do not overload as these are not commercial appliances. Liquid detergents only. Please know the driveway fits up to three vehicles of which two vehicles can be used for this unit. For extra precautionary measures, if you would like, you can back into the driveway so you may have a clearer view of the oncoming vehicles coming in both directions of the street. I have had multiple guests with larger SUVs, two at the same time, without any issues or complaints. At times you can just exit right out of the driveway, and other times you would have to wait a minute or two. Safety, of course, is first and foremost. The view that is in front of this dwelling is in fact breathtaking and spectacular Please note: I have intentionally blocked days during the week; however if you would like to stay beyond 3 days, kindly reach out to me, and hopefully I may be able to accommodate you.
