You have access to the whole house, including the swimming pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor kitchen, eating area, refrigerator, outdoor furniture, and TV. We have been in the hospitality business for decades, and when we decided to turn our home into an Airbnb for those traveling near and far, we knew we wanted to give you all the comforts of home. When we travel, we practically take the whole house. When you chose to let us host you, you don't have to worry about that. Your room is stocked with water bottles in the mini fridge, a Keurig with an assortment of k-cups with all the fixes, paper towels, silverware, extra blankets and extra hangers in linen closet. You also have blackout curtains to get the best sleep possible and plenty of storage for all of your belongings. You have a 55in.Samsung TV & it is connected to Hulu, Netflix, YouTube TV, Disney +, Peacock TV, HBO MAX, Tubi, and IMDB TV. Your bathroom, while shared, is fully cleaned, sanitized, and restocked every day with fresh linens and toiletries. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste and hair tools. In the backyard, we now have a swimming pool, loungers, outdoor kitchen, and dining area as well as a hot tub. Feel free to make yourself at home. Climb in, grab a beverage, watch your favorite show or movie, listen to your favorite music or podcast, or just be in nature. Our apologies. However, due to our desire to provide the best privacy, security & experience for all of our guests and neighbors, we DO NOT ALLOW parties or pool parties. All our guests have access to the pool, so the pool is reserved only for booked guests. We live in a safe, quiet, and nice neighborhood, perfect for a morning or evening walk or run. Our large front porch faces east for that beautiful sunrise with your coffee. The backyard faces west for all the sunlight in the pool. The garage has a small home gym with a professional elliptical, a weight bench, free weights and bar, several sets of dumbbells, 2 yoga mats, a yoga ball, and a medicine ball. The kitchen is stocked with just about every appliance you could need, including a Keurig and pods for your coffee needs, in addition to the one in your room. The main room has 2 - 75in TV's perfect for watching movies & sporting events with an awesome surround sound system. We are proud to announce for the first time that we now have the NFL Sunday ticket so you can watch all the football games on both TV's while you cook, play a round of pool, or play any of the arcade games. We also have 6 life size arcade games with assorted games. Also, as of the last week in September, we will have an 85' TV in the giant window in the back wall of the main house where you will be able to watch movies, Football, or anything else you want from the comfort of your lounger either in or beside the pool. The controllers will be inside the TV cabinet. If you like your space, we will stay out of your way, but you are more than welcome to h-ang out. Everyone knows and helps their neighbors, kids play in the street, trick or treating is real, and the whole neighborhood decorates for every holiday including but not limited to Halloween & Christmas.
