The apartment is above a 3-car garage with a private entrance (through the garage doors). The main house is 3500-square feet with a separate entrance. Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the apartment. Living Room: couch, Smart 40" TV, coffee table, beautiful views. Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a Juliet balcony to view the sunsets against the Carlstrom Forest and the hills of Worcester. You can see the city lights of Worcester in the distance at night. Bedroom: Clean, comfortable queen mattress with large dresser, closet, one end table, and two chairs. Several additional pillows and linens available. The bedroom windows overlook the property's driveway. Black-out curtains. Kitchen/Dining Room: combined kitchen/dining room area with a dining table (or work space) that can easily seat 4 adults. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Granite countertops with copper farmhouse sink. Cupboards are stocked with the basics: microwaveable plates, drinking glasses, wine glasses, toaster, blender, Keurig. Bathroom: spacious separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Full-length mirror and hair dryer available along with top quality bath towels. You will have complete privacy of the studio apartment. If you'd like to relax and simply "hang out," you have access to a balcony overlooking the property directly from the living room in the studio apartment. Additionally, you are welcome to use the Adirondack chairs on our back patio complete with a SoloStove fire pit. Guests will be given a remote control garage door opener to come and go as you please. However, guest parking will NOT be available in the garage itself; instead, guests will park to the left of the 3-car garage. We are very respectful of all of our guests, and we will give you your space or interact as you would like--no pressure from us. Our three golden retrievers are very friendly (sometimes too friendly)! Very quiet location with direct access to great walking trails (but no sidewalks or anything to walk in the neighborhood). Just over 1 mile to pharmacy, countless restaurants, gas stations, etc. You'll definitely want a car here. Simply as an FYI: there are two guys who live in the main house along with two golden retrievers (2 years old and 12 years old). Our two dogs are very friendly (sometimes too friendly) and are often in the back yard investigating things! Although this studio apartment is a new listing for us as of September 2021, our previous listings of our ensuite bedroom within our current home as well as our previous residence in Plympton, MA both received great feedback from each and every one of our Airbnb guests.
