Close to fine dining or fast food. The Rustic cottage is in the back of our property. It has a privacy fence, but is not completely fenced. Nice covered deck with large TV and carport The space The building is 16x35 (560 sq.feet) with a small bedroom and full bathroom. Bamboo floors throughout, tile in bathroom. Small kitchen with all appliances, coffee maker, fridge, stove. (No ice maker) Antique work desk, WIFI, and washer and dryer. Mismatched dishes for artistic charm . Cozy front porch. We are an official Monarch Butterfly Way Station and sanctuary. Comfortable sofa. Much of the interior made of reclaimed antique lumber. Gorgeous hand made Rustic queen bed. Sliding barn doors. LED flame bulbs adorn the front porch area. We just added a huge covered deck on the side with a large smart TV and fans. We are pet friendly, but we ask you provide a sheet or blanket if your pets get on furniture or the bed. If we have to launder the comforter there will be a 35$ charge. Pet hair has been a huge problem. If you leave your pet(s) inside for hours we request that you kennel them. Our sofas and blinds have been damaged more than once from unattended pets. We have kennels if needed . Guest access Full and private access to this space. No shared spaces. Other things to note The main house has 2 units and an music/event hall. Very vintage, like a museum. The original part was built in 1929, though the rustic was recently built. There is an 8 foot privacy fence between the Rustic Cottage and the main house. We ask the the driveway to the back never be blocked. Smoking only allowed on front porch and deck, leave the astray as you find it. Please don’t smoke cigarettes, vape or smoke pot inside. A 250$ fee will be charged if you smoke anything inside. Please keep your pets off the furniture and bedding unless you provide a blanket or sheet. If we have to launder the comforter there will be a 35$ charge. There is a hidden deck and garden way in the back that is not part of the listing, but as a guest in the rustic you are free to visit it. It is a botanical butterfly farmed and wildlife habitat.
